NAIS is back in the Federal Registry looking for comments. This time it is for tribes. If you are part of a federally recognized tribe, now is your time to speak up before the govi-corp takes away one more of your rights, the right to own, raise and sell livestock without government interference.
Hat tip to Tom

Will be alerting my New Mexico sister so that she can alert any tribal peoples she knows there….it all sounds so benign, doesn’t it? They say ALL 50 states are participaing….NOT! And they “permit” you electronic submissions….how really generous of them…ofcourse at YOUR cost. A Constitutional lawyer needs to interpret this document for your safety and freedom from what it really implies.

Trail of Tears, Wounded Knee,
small pox, broken treaties and “Reservations” just some of the wonderful things the Federal Government has done for Native Americans….
And… coming soon… NAIS ! Wow they just don’t stop giving!

The really sad thing is, they don’t know what is going to hit them until it is too late. I talk to an Indian woman in front of the Oklahoma State Capitol after the rally on Monday March 12, 2007. She never heard of it and said, it would never happen.
The problem is, this gov. program is not talking to all the Indians, just the leaders. We all know how this works with the registry’s. They don’t ask their members, they don’t take a vote
with the membership. The leaders just decide what is best for the rest. Again large amounts of money are being offered to the Indians. I just hope the leaders just don’t give in and do their homework. I hope the Great (Holy) Spirit speaks to their soul and they say No NAIS!!

Nais is like tripe. It looks bad, the idea is revolting, it smells worse and the taste is to gag for.
